JMA Operational Status Matrix

🟢 Green / Normal:All high-speed rail networks (Shinkansen), subway grids, and local flight departures operating on standard timetables.

🟡 Yellow / Watch:Tropical storm forming in Southern Pacific waters. Check for potential transit delays 48 hours out. Pack extra layers.

🔴 Red / Warning:Active typhoon landfall imminent. Execute immediate shelter protocols. Stay indoors, do not travel to transit stations, and monitor local TV / smartphone alerts.
