The Sakura Execution Blueprint

Kaika (First Bloom): White status dots on the map layout indicating buds opening. Perfect window to visit parks and shrines if you want to avoid massive crowds.
Mankai (Full Bloom): Peak pink status display. This window lasts exactly 7 to 10 days before petals begin to fall. Excellent for classic hanami picnic sheets.
Hazakura (Green Leaves): Leafing out phase. Shift travel focus to high-altitude areas like Nagano or northern Tohoku regions to catch late-blooming strains.

Live Front Tracking

The Sakura Zensen (Cherry Blossom Front) moves from South to North from March through May. If you arrive outside this window, target northern Tohoku and Hokkaido regions for late spring blooms.
